Method #1 Changing the Level of Junk email Protection
By default, the email protection level is set to No Automatic Filtering. However, one can change this setting by following the steps outlined below:
Click on Home > Junk > Junk E-mail Options. This will open a new window.
Now, the email will be moved to the original folder, and from now on, the emails from the sender will be sent to the Inbox as shown below:
Method #3 Add a Sender to the Trusted Sender List
You can easily add a sender to a trusted sender list so that you never miss out on any emails from the people on this list. To do so, follow the steps mentioned below:
Go to the junk folder and select the email that you would like to add as not junk.
Select Junk > Never Block Sender.
