Export your on-premises Exchange mailboxes to Office 365 mailboxes with total ease. The migration process requires Exchange on-premises credentials to add it as a source and Office 365 login credentials to add it as the destination. Once added, then select the desired mailboxes to begin the migration.

This Express Edition allows you to migrate your cloud-based Office 365 mailboxes to any version of the Exchange server. The tool provides the option to migrate single/multiple mailboxes according to the requirement. However, to add multiple Office 365 mailboxes, you need to log in through the global admin credentials.

Migrate the ‘N’ number of mailboxes from any source to any destination using the ‘Import from CSV’ option. This is a quick and efficient way to migrate bulk mailboxes without manually mapping each mailbox individually.

Once the source mailboxes are added, you can review the folders and select the important ones for the migration. You can also filter the folders based on date range, item type, and other filter criteria. The tool lets you skip the empty folders and deleted items according to the migration requirement.

Once the migration is completed, you can save the migration report to a CSV file for your acknowledgment. The CSV file contains the migration summary of mailboxes exported with their item count, folders, status, and other details.

The tool easily accesses remote user/archive mailboxes and public folders from hosted Exchange and migrates them to Exchange Server or Office 365. Migration can be done from any of these environments to hosted Exchange too.
