Our migration tool allows easy transfer of not only primary user mailboxes, but also archive mailboxes and public folders. You have full control over the source & destination selection for all 3 mailbox types, making migration as simple as possible.

Users are free to migrate either a single mailbox or multiple mailboxes at a time. While migrating multiple mailboxes, they can be added manually or using a CSV file with preloaded mailbox details and mapping information.

The tool migrates not only the primary user mailboxes but also archive mailboxes and public folders. For this, the tool provides the option to choose the archive mailbox and public folder at the source and destination ends.

The software makes it possible to migrate Office 365 shared mailboxes and Groups using modern authentication. Users can select any number of shared mailboxes or Office 365 groups from the added account for the migration.

The tool allows you to assign impersonation rights to any user mailbox from its interface. While adding the source/destination mailboxes, there is an option to assign impersonation rights directly to the mailboxes.

The Filters for Migration feature offers users the ability to streamline and customize their Office 365 data migration process with various options. Filter data through folder designation, date range, file type, and exclude deleted or empty folders.

With our tool, you don't have to worry about duplicating data. Our migration process skips items that have already been transferred, saving you time and effort. This way, you can focus on the new data and keep your Office 365 mailbox organized without any stress.

After the migration of Office 365 data to the destination, the tool provides an option to save the migration report in CSV file format. This file includes source and destination details along with migrated items, folders, and errors (if any).

The tool offers manual mapping of source mailboxes to target mailboxes (by choosing the desired target mailbox against the source mailbox from the drop-down list). In bulk migration with the CSV file, you can preload the mapping information to perform automated migration.

During or after the Office 365 migration, the mailbox hierarchy is unchanged and can be saved to a new folder. No data loss or modification happens while performing Office 365 migration with this tool.

Apart from Office 365 migrations, the tool facilitates migrations between hosted & on-premises Exchange Servers. The features are the same for all types of migrations.

If you want to migrate data from an on-premises or hosted Exchange Server, then you need not worry for the versions as it supports the oldest to newest Exchange versions, including Exchange 2019, for safe data migration.
